By using DuetApp you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

Content. You retain ownership of videos you post. By uploading, you grant DuetApp a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.

Prohibited content. You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Credits. Credits are non-refundable digital goods. Purchased credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

Account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the service.

What we collect. Email address, username, profile information you provide (avatar, bio, nickname), videos you upload, and interactions (likes, comments, follows).

How we use it. To operate your account, display your profile and videos to other users, send notifications, and process payments.

Third parties. We use Supabase for authentication and storage, and PayPal for payment processing. Each has their own privacy policy.

Data deletion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. This will remove your personal data from our systems.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
